The Career Opportunities in Cybersecurity project was developed to help young people take their first steps toward a strong career in this rapidly growing field with high employment potential. The project aims to develop the qualified workforce needed in the era of digital transformation while empowering participants to build their futures with confidence.
Supported by the European Union, the project provides participants with free online training, hands-on learning experiences, and competency assessment tools. Throughout the program, participants enhance their technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking skills while gaining access to the up-to-date competencies demanded by the industry.
The project also aims to connect participants with the professional world, provide guidance throughout their career planning journey, and facilitate access to sustainable employment opportunities. WHY IS THIS PROJECT NECESSARY?
As young people in NEET situations remain outside education and employment, they become increasingly disconnected from both social life and economic opportunities. At the same time, cybersecurity is a strategic field that is rapidly expanding alongside digital transformation and faces a growing demand for qualified professionals. This project aims to equip NEET youth with the knowledge, skills, and career opportunities in cybersecurity, enabling them to participate more effectively in the labor market.

WHO IS IT FOR?
The project is primarily designed for young people aged 15 to 24 who are not in education, employment, or vocational training. In addition, families, youth organizations, public employment institutions, and companies seeking qualified professionals in the field of cybersecurity are among the project's indirect beneficiaries.
